BSmart, efficient studios — an easy landing at the centre of the city.
Bayers Road · Halifax
Two landmark residences at the threshold of the city.
Coming Soon — Now in Planning
01 — Vision
The Gateway is a new residential landmark for Halifax’s west end: two seven-storey buildings joined beneath the street by a shared two-level parkade, rising above one of the city’s most connected corridors.
Warm brick, pale tile and charcoal metal frame a grand entry portal — a literal gateway — welcoming residents home at the point where the city greets its visitors.
02 — Architecture
The centrepiece of The Gateway is its monumental brick portal — a four-storey frame wrapping glass, light and greenery. It borrows the language of Halifax’s brick warehouses and Victorian streetwalls, then opens it to the sky.
Above a three-storey brick streetwall, the buildings step back into pale tile and charcoal metal volumes — a skyline profile that softens toward the residential streets behind.
03 — Residences
From efficient bachelors to generous two-bedrooms and a crowning penthouse collection, every residence opens to light on Halifax’s high ground — many with balconies and planted terraces. Final mix to be confirmed as planning advances.
Smart, efficient studios — an easy landing at the centre of the city.
The heart of the collection — bright, balanced plans with room to work from home.
Corner exposures and family-scaled layouts, with room to grow.
Crowning residences beside the rooftop amenity clubs, wrapped in terrace and sky.

Expansive amenity space crowns both buildings — indoor clubs opening onto landscaped rooftop terraces with views over the city and the Bedford Basin.
Amenity program in design development — final offering subject to refinement.
